High Level Group Meeting on Education Policies
This High Level Group Meeting will convene on 25 June 2010 in the Flemish Parliament in Brussels. It is an informal meeting where senior officials from the 27 Member States, the European Commission and the Council will discuss important themes such as the Europe 2020 Strategy and the European Summit of June.

The High Level Group Meeting brings senior officials together on an informal basis. It allows the 27 Member States, the European Commission and the Council to openly discuss a number of topical issues connected with European cooperation.
This year, Europe 2020 and the follow-up of the European Summit in June take centre stage. These items will be followed by an update of the state of implementation of the strategic framework for European cooperation in Education and Training 2020 and a presentation of the new Commission communication on vocational education and training.
